About Us

Biscuits Cat Haven is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Tomball, TX dedicated to feline rescue, rehabilitation, an d rehoming. Inspired by Biscuits, a tiny, fearless, and loving deaf kitten who forever changed our lives, we are committed to giving vulnerable cats a second chance. Every life we save honors his memory and ensures his legacy of love and resilience lives on.

We strive to partner with other rescues, nonprofits, and transfer service organizations by offering intermediary foster assistance, allowing us to save more feline lives. In addition to our rescue efforts, we provide feral cat colony education, TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) services, relocation assistance, and more.

Our long-term vision extends beyond local impact—we aim to make a global difference in feline overpopulation and establish a sanctuary for cats unable to find their forever homes, as well as safe havens for feral cat colonies.
